Because of the typical high volume of emails after sales and shipping seasons, please allow us at least 48-72 hours to answer.

 

Q&A's:

Q: “Will You combine my orders?”

A: yes! You do not need to notify us and give us order numbers. As long as the orders have matching names and addresses- Consider it done! For no extra cost. 

PLEASE SELECT LOCAL PICKUP FOR ORDERS AFTER THE FIRST ORDER- or you will be charged another shipping fee Of $18

And you will get two boxes.

Q: “Why is shipping $18?”

A: Ask the post office? Maybe? Since the last rate hikes, a small Or cube box priority retails for $18.95. The boxes and rates don’t get smaller.

PLEASE…begging, please… review our shipping policies for all other shipping questions.

Q: “When will I get my tubers?”

A: Great question! We will be working hard to pack and ship your orders as fast as humanly (and plant-ly) possible…. When it’s time and the weather will dictate that. For the most part we start shipping in April.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as they hit the road. YOU MIUST HAVE AN EMAIL ON FILE for this to happen.

Q: “Will You ship My Order early?”

To ship an order early:

It has to be noted somewhere when you want it shipped. There is a strong possibility that will get lost or forgotten.

If it’s remembered, we have to carve out time From our exciting lives. 

We have to: turn on the computer, find your order, print your order, Goooooo to the dungeon (which is outside of the house- that means cold, rain, snow 🤦‍♀️)find your tubers, package your tubers, get the scale, weigh the box, input the individual shipment information, print the label, get in the truck, drive 15 miles to the post office. Fingers crossed they are open because they have funky lunch hours.

Take the box in and beg the person to not throw it into the bin.

Get in the vehicle and come home. 

Mentally get back to what we were doing.

All Of that because someone wanted their tubers early.

Q: “Can I change my order?”

A: While we’d love to bend the rules like a dahlia stem in a storm, our policy doesn’t allow post-purchase edits. Too many boo boos occur every single time.

Q: “Will you be doing a restock?”

A: We want every tuber to live its best life. If we find that we have more stock than we thought (sometimes tubers magically multiply in storage) then we will make an announcement and give it a go! But for the most part, what you see is what we got.

Q: “Can you please, just pleaseeeeee sell me a Tuber? I didn’t get it in the sale, and I just have to have it. It’s named after my aunt's dog walkers' next-door neighbor, who cured cancer and died 3 times in 1846.”

A: No

Q: “When is the cutting sale?”

A: Good question, next? Kidding…

Fret not If you didn’t get a variety your life depended on, as soon as we get cuttings rocking and rolling, we will make an announcement. You will get another chance to live! The announcement will most likely be when they are grown and ready to ship.
